Part Time Waddler Teacher, ages 1 and 2

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating and nurturing students. This role requires effective communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively. The Teacher will work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure that each child receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Duties

• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment.
• Provide individualized tutoring and support for students requiring additional assistance.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address any concerns.
• Utilize early intervention strategies to support students with special educational needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Have fun and be silly with the kids.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of early intervention techniques for supporting diverse learners.
• A genuine passion for educating young minds and fostering their growth.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
