Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage order and communicate orders with kitchen accurately, keep track of tables and quest orders in the auction ring.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash handling, cashiering
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues courteously, and fostering a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes accurately
• Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is advantageous
