Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Website Data Analyst with strong SEO and Google Ads experience to support performance analysis across client and internal accounts. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who excels at analyzing website performance for small to mid-sized businesses and turning that data into clear, actionable plans.

This position focuses heavily on analysis, strategy, and insight generation. You will review website, SEO, and paid advertising data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and provide specific recommendations that improve traffic quality, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze website performance data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and other third party software like Semrush
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across SMB websites
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive leads and conversions
  • Evaluate SEO performance including keyword visibility, rankings, content effectiveness, and technical factors
  • Analyze Google Ads performance including search terms, conversion data, and campaign efficiency
  • Develop actionable plans to improve organic traffic, paid performance, and on-site conversions
  • Identify keyword opportunities and search intent gaps for SEO and PPC strategy
  • Review landing page performance and user behavior to identify conversion improvement opportunities
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover strategic advantages
  • Support local SEO analysis including Google Business Profile performance and visibility
  • Provide recommendations that align SEO, PPC, and website strategy
  • Organize findings into clear reports and action plans for internal teams
  • Help refine internal reporting processes and performance review workflows

Required Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, website analytics, PPC, or digital marketing analysis
  • Passionate about data analytics
  • Strong ability to analyze website data and create actionable growth plans for SMBs
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Ads performance metrics and optimization strategy
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page SEO, and keyword intent
  • Experience evaluating landing page performance and conversion data
  • Ability to connect data insights directly to revenue and lead generation opportunities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Work Details

  • Part-time: 5 to 10 hours per week to start
  • Potential to grow into a larger or full-time role based on performance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Remote or hybrid, with preference for candidates based in or near Greensboro, NC
