Locations serviced: New Albany, Westerville, Johnstown, Blacklick, Galena, Sunbury, Gahanna, and Alexandria, OH. Candidates must live within 15 miles of at least one of these areas.

Position Overview

As a Pet Care Specialist, you’ll provide in-home pet sitting and dog walking.

This role is flexible, rewarding, and perfect for animal lovers looking for extra income.

This role is well-suited for:

• Stay-at-home parents who have availability during midday hours
• Retirees or semi-retired individuals
• Freelancers or remote workers
• Anyone seeking steady, supplemental income

Compensation and Scheduling:

• Part time
• Weekday Availability: 10 AM – 3 PM
• $18-$20 an hour
• 1-3 hrs a week starting with opportunity to grow!
• Weekend, morning, and evening availability is a bonus!
• Biweekly pay

Responsibilities

• Provide care for pets including feeding, walking, playtime, cleaning up after pets, and administering medications (oral or topical, if needed)
• Follow detailed client instructions to ensure consistent care
• Communicate with clients through our scheduling app (Time To Pet), including updates and photos
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pets at all times
• We work in all types of weather!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must live within 15 miles of locations we service
• 1-year commitment required
• Love for animals is a must! Pet care experience is preferred but not required – training is provided
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with a data plan
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Interest in a long term role (not seasonal)
