A busy, high-volume restaurant on the Upper East Side is seeking a reliable and responsible weekend server to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for an experienced server who can handle pressure, stay organized, and deliver consistent service during peak shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Availability for weekends (Friday–Sunday required)

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service during high-volume shifts
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Maintain awareness of tables, timing, and guest needs
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Follow service standards and house procedures
• Assist with light cleaning and side work as needed
