The Opportunity
Our lead welder is moving out of state, and we are looking for a high-level professional to join our team immediately. Our primary goal is to hire a well-rounded, fully capable welder for 3–4 hours per day. Because we have a high volume of manual machining work available, we are offering a Full-Time role to a Millwright-style candidate who can expertly handle both welding and manual machining.

Choose Your Path:

• Part-Time (Welder Specialist): Approximately 3–4 hours most days (15–20 hours/week). This is an excellent fit for a retired or semi-retired professional looking to stay active in a clean, professional shop.
• Full-Time (Welder & Manual Machinist): For the tradesman who is equally skilled at the welding table and on manual lathes and mills.

The Work

• Precision Component Work: Manufacturing and repairing critical parts for industries including Hydraulics, Food Processing, Mining, Aluminum Extrusion, Water Treatment, and Manufacturing.
• General Industrial Repair: Working with diverse materials including Aluminum, Alloy Steels, Ductile Iron, Bronze, and Chrome Rod.
• Technical Processes: Specialized repair involving various weld preps and complex setups. Expert use of Multi-process welding (TIG and MIG focus) is required.

Compensation
We are looking for a professional whose experience and attitude, along with their skill set, will dictate the wage we offer. We are not looking to pay less than $30.00/hr for the right candidate.
