Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Summary
Part-time (.6 FTE) | Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, between 7:00 am-5:00 pm
The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner functions under the clinical supervision of licensed physicians, providing high quality wound care to patients within Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, and Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital settings in our Madison service area.
