Part Time/Full Time Bartender am/pm

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a bustling establishment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food industry and possess expertise in bartending and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in bartending or a related role within the food service industry
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in sales or upselling is advantageous
