Position Overview

We are seeking part-time and full-time licensed mental health therapists to join our expanding team. Ideal candidates are compassionate, motivated clinicians who enjoy working with diverse populations and a range of clinical presentations. Hybrid/telehealth options available, but we are looking for some availability in-person.

Both independently licensed clinicians and provisionally licensed clinicians seeking supervision are encouraged to apply.

Available Positions

• Part-Time (flexible caseload options)
• Full-TIme
• Supervised positions available for LGPCs and LMSWs

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and outside providers as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Uphold ethical, professional, and clinical standards of care

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Active Maryland licensure or provisional licensure (PsyD, PhD, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW)
• Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
