Requirements

• Proven childcare experience
• Strong understanding of childcare best practices, including safe sleep standards
• Comfortable and alert during shifts
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate care logs
• Professional, calm, and collaborative communication style
• At least 18 years old
• CPR and SIDS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Willing to complete background check, social media screening, and driving record verification (company-paid)
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable around cats and dogs
• No additional children permitted during working hours

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
