Location: Portland, Maine (and surrounding areas)

GuardSafe Security is seeking reliable, motivated, and professional Security Officers to join our team in the Portland, ME area. We are hiring for part-time and full-time positions to cover day and evening shifts (no overnight shifts). . As a Security Officer at GuardSafe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties.

Your responsibilities will include patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and managing access points. By upholding the GuardSafe standard of excellence, you will provide our clients with peace of mind and security.

Job Type:

• Part-time / Full-time

Pay:

• $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on job and experience)

Shifts Available:

• Day and Evening shifts (no overnight shifts)
• Thursday to Sunday availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site security for various clients, ensuring their properties are safe and secure.
• Conduct foot patrols, monitor cameras, inspect buildings, and manage access points.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and vigilance while interacting with clients and their staff.

Experience (Preferred but not required):

• Driver's license
• Security experience
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred)

Requirements:

• Must be able to reliably commute to the Portland, ME area.
• Prior security experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
