The Accounts Assistant will support the finance and operations team in maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth financial processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Support monthly bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Help prepare financial reports and statements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment processing
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Provide data of TDS, GST, PT to our CA.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Interest in sustainability and social impact initiatives
