Work days and hours: 6 days working, half day.

  • Job Description
    The Accounts Assistant will support the finance and operations team in maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth financial processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven organization.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Support monthly bank reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Help prepare financial reports and statements
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment processing
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
  • Provide data of TDS, GST, PT to our CA.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, and basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Interest in sustainability and social impact initiatives
