Aurelian Life Sciences is a biopharma platform focused on identifying, developing, and commercializing clinically validated assets from post-Phase 1 through commercialization.

Our model centers on acquiring or partnering around assets with existing human data, advancing them through key value inflection points, and structuring Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to enable direct investment participation.

We currently have:

• 2 SPVs under diligence targeted for launch this year
• 3 additional assets in active negotiation
• A multi-exit strategy across licensing, strategic partnerships, and commercialization

Role Overview

Aurelian is seeking a Partner to lead SPV funding strategy and execution. This individual will be responsible for structuring, positioning, and raising capital across multiple assets while building and managing a global investor network.

This is a leadership role with direct impact on platform growth and capital formation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution across Aurelian SPVs
• Structure and close transactions with family offices, private equity, venture capital, LPs, and sovereign/global investors
• Develop and maintain strong investor relationships across global capital markets
• Collaborate with leadership on deal structuring, positioning, and investor materials
• Drive capital formation strategy aligned with asset development and commercialization timelines
• Support scaling of Aurelian’s multi-asset platform

Qualifications

• Proven track record of raising capital in biotech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Deep, active network across family offices, PE, VC, LPs, and/or sovereign investors
• Experience in structured transactions (SPVs, royalty financing, growth equity, or similar)
• Strong understanding of biotech development and investment dynamics preferred
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build

Compensation

• Equity partnership in Aurelian Life Sciences
• Carried interest / profit share on a per-SPV basis
• Deferred salary activated upon successful funding and operational launch
