Partner Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to partner with us on a completely equipped and cutting edge dental office located in a very busy and heavy traffic area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction. As a Partner Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental issues, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health practices. The administartive responsibilities such as Marketing, Billing/Collections, Recall, Scheduling, staffing, HR, IT and equipment maintenance will be managed by our skilled and dedicated clinical and front desk staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental health status and treatment needs.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, restorations, and preventive care.
• Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend software.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development.

Experience

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid State of MI dental license to practice dentistry.
• Experience in general dentistry is required; experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $300,000.00 per year
