What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, preventive, and diagnostic care
• Build trust with patients through compassionate, ethical treatment
• Support hygiene coverage as needed while developing your patient base
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in Washington
• 2+ years of experience preferred, but motivated candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented, positive, and growth-minded
• Interest or experience in implants, grafting, surgical extractions, or advanced procedures is a plus
