Your role

You will guide clients from the first consultation to project approval.

You will meet with qualified clients, understand their needs, present solutions, build trust, and lead them toward making a decision.

You bring the vision, relationship, and closing ability. Our team helps turn that vision into a real project.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with qualified high-ticket clients Conducting consultations at the client’s home or via Zoom Understanding the client’s goals, space, lifestyle, and budget Working with our design team to develop strong concepts and presentations Presenting tailored design solutions and proposals Closing projects and moving clients through the next steps Maintaining strong relationships for referrals and repeat business Coordinating with project managers and internal teams during execution

Compensation and partnership models

We offer different cooperation formats depending on your experience, role, and level of involvement.

Possible models include:

• Commission from closed projects, starting from 8% per project Profit-sharing models up to 50/50 of net profit Flexible partnership structure for designers who bring their own clients Growth opportunities for partners who want to build their own design direction under our company infrastructure

The more projects you close, the more you earn. There is no fixed ceiling.

We do not offer standard fixed compensation or a fixed salary. This role is based on commissions from closed projects.
