The Partner Marketing Manager leads the charge in designing and executing joint marketing initiatives that amplify our brand presence, deepen partner engagement, and accelerate customer adoption. This role makes a significant impact across our ecosystem.

Primary Job Responsibilities
-
Lead the planning, design, and execution of channel marketing programs from start to finish, collaborating with key stakeholders on detailed project milestones, budget, and resources.

Develop and execute joint marketing programs with distributors and ecosystem partners to drive customer awareness, lead generation, and adoption of DecisionPoint’s solution portfolio.

Oversee the strategic allocation and management of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with partners, ensuring alignment with joint business objectives, compliance, and measurable ROI.

Work with content team to produce diverse promotional materials, including blogs, case studies, social posts and other content.

Manage branding within our external partner websites by providing content and any other resources necessary to ensure DecisionPoint’s content is producing value.

Create and implement webinars, email campaigns, and digital ads.

Build and analyze post-campaign results for reporting to management and key stakeholders.

Develop and nurture partner relationships to strengthen joint-marketing collaboration.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, or project management role.

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across varying timelines and adapting to dynamic priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.), and familiarity with CRM/ Automation tools (Salesforce, HUBspot or related platforms).

Ability to travel up to 20% or as required for events, meetings, and industry conferences. Travel may include local area and overnight.

Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to contribute ideas and review marketing efforts critically.

A proactive, can-do attitude, with a zest for learning and growing in all areas of marketing.
Environment and Normal Working Conditions
Office environment. Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Physical Requirements
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
