PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER
Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a remote Partner Marketing Manager, a hands-on role focused on delivering partner marketing programs that help partners tell strong customer stories.
This executive-facing role supports commercial channel marketing initiatives for two global leaders in hardware and software, focusing on developing partner success stories, coordinating inputs from regional teams, and ensuring marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
This role is fully remote for candidates located in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI, with a preference for candidates located in Austin, TX. If in Austin will have a hybrid component a few days a week onsite.
THE ROLE
Partner Stories and Proof Points
- Lead development of regional partner success stories, gathering use cases, testimonials, and business results.
- Drafting and coordinating approvals for case studies, partner spotlights, and other proof-point content.
- Maintain and manage a development pipeline for partner stories, tracking status, securing approvals, and monitoring publishing milestones.
Tactical Execution and Project Management
- Oversee timelines and workflows for partner marketing deliverables; follow up with regional teams to collect necessary inputs and advance drafts to completion.
- Track asset progress, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure continuous workflow.
Asset Development and Distribution
- Produce partner-facing marketing materials, such as presentations, briefs, summaries, and toolkits, while ensuring alignment with product marketing messaging.
- Organize distribution of finalized materials to regional teams and maintain a centralized repository of current commercial channel assets.
Reporting and Coordination
- Track deliverables, regional participation, and engagement across partner marketing activities while collecting feedback from regional teams on what content and stories resonate most.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to Commercial Channel Marketing leadership.
HOW TO BE A TOP CANDIDATE
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B, channel, or partner marketing within a large company (1,000+ employees).
- Experience managing marketing programs, including case studies, customer stories, or sales enablement content, coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Experience acting as a liaison between leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience interacting with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required
- Self-directed and able to manage projects with limited oversight
- SharePoint or similar document repositories
- Project tracking tools (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Marketing asset management or content management platforms

Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
