Why This Role Matters
As a key member of our partner-facing division, the Partner Relationship Manager will play a vital role in strengthening Naqdi’s global partner ecosystem. You will manage high-value relationships, support partners throughout their lifecycle, and drive growth across diverse markets.
What You'll Do
Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners.
- Maintain strong relationships through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Resolve partner concerns efficiently and ensure the highest satisfaction levels.
- Educate partners on Naqdi’s platforms, tools, dashboards, APIs, and product features.
- Keep partners updated on new offerings, compliance updates, and technology enhancements.
- Build strong business relationships with existing and potential partners to support sustained growth.
Business Development
- Build and manage a profitable partner portfolio through acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Analyze markets, competitors, and partner performance to identify new opportunities.
- Work with marketing, product, and compliance teams to drive partner activation and engagement strategies.
- Participate in events, expos, business trips, and promotional activities.
- Utilize CRM and reporting tools to drive data-backed commercial decisions.
- Represent Naqdi in industry sessions, workshops, and partner trainings.
- Ensure strict adherence to Naqdi’s regulatory, operational, and branding standards.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partnership management, sales, business development, or fintech-related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Understanding of digital payments, merchant acquiring, wallets, POS, transaction processing, and fintech ecosystems.
- Awareness of international fintech regulations, including UAE, South Africa, and global market norms.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Bachelor’s degree required; business/finance backgrounds preferred.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and activations.
- Professional certifications in fintech, trading, or financial markets are advantageous.
