Job Summary:

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for supporting the growth, performance, and operational execution of Edenred Pay’s partner ecosystem. This role supports both partner success and partner operations, ensuring partners are onboarded effectively, enabled consistently, and managed through scalable processes that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

This role manages a portfolio of referral, technology, and industry partners across Edenred Pay’s verticals, with a primary focus on Golf, Media, Hospitality, Property Management, and Healthcare. Acting as the central point of accountability, the Partner Success Manager works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product to deliver a best-in-class partner experience while supporting Edenred Pay’s B2B payments growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow an assigned portfolio of partners, meeting or exceeding partner-sourced MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance, pipeline health, strategic alignment, and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as strategic second-in-command to the VP, Indirect & Partner Channels, serving as day-to-day leader for partner relationships while driving partner strategy, prioritization, and execution across the ecosystem.
  • Manage partner onboarding and enablement readiness, ensuring partners are trained, equipped, and positioned for success.
  • Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of partners, from onboarding and documentation through ongoing operational support and performance management.
  • Ensure partner agreements, compliance requirements, and internal handoffs are executed accurately in coordination with Legal and Finance.
  • Establish, document, and maintain standardized partner workflows, tools, and best practices to support scalable growth.
  • Act as the internal point of coordination for partner-related operational issues, escalations, and process gaps.
  • Own partner data integrity and performance visibility by maintaining accurate CRM records, collaborating with Sales Operations on reporting and dashboards, and proactively monitoring partner health metrics to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance to confirm referral payouts, reconcile reporting, and resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Own resolution of recurring partner operational challenges by conducting root cause analysis, designing preventative solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation and sustained improvement.
  • Design and implement scalable partner operations processes, including partner tier management to support ecosystem growth.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations teams to align on partner processes, expectations, and strategic initiatives that drive collaboration and partner success.
  • Travel to partner conferences, industry events, and quarterly business meetings as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience managing and growing partner relationships within B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or adjacent ecosystems.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and manage scalable partner processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience working in CRM systems and performance reporting.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across various organizational levels, including executives.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred).

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Partner Success, preferably within Payments, Fintech or SaaS
  • Experience supporting referral, technology, or ecosystem partners preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must possess the physical ability to travel for in-person interaction at tradeshows, partner sales meetings, etc.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries.
  • May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.
