We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Partnership Consultant (Executive) to build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships that drive business expansion. The role involves developing relationships with external partners, identifying collaboration opportunities, and managing end-to-end partnership execution to maximize value creation and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new partners across key industries to enhance business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and its partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations) to ensure successful implementation of partnership strategies.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry insights. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build visibility and generate leads.

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or client relations (experience in consulting, legal, or financial services preferred).
  • Proven record of establishing and managing successful partnerships.

Functional Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of partnership ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven performance tracking.
  • Ability to identify win-win opportunities that drive revenue and brand value.
