Partnership Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Location: In-Person in Riyadh

We are hiring an experienced Partnership Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead strategic partnerships, build long-term collaborations, and support business growth within the Riyadh market.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies tailored to the Riyadh market.
• Lead negotiations, agreements, and contract discussions.
• Monitor partnership performance and track KPIs.
• Drive cross-department collaboration to activate and grow strategic alliances.
• Manage partnerships related to AI platforms and digital solutions.
• Ensure all partnership documents and processes are aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Proven experience in partnership management or business development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing or supporting partnerships in AI or technology-driven environments.
• Proficiency in CRM and contract management tools.

Preferred Certifications:

• Partnership / Channel Management certifications.
• Negotiation skills training.
