This role is perfect for network-driven individuals who want performance-based earnings and a clear path to becoming a Property Advisor / Off-Plan Consultant.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new investment partners & networks
• Promote UAE & Dubai off-plan investment opportunities to potential investors
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and affiliates
• Track partner performance, leads, and deal progress
• Provide partner support and ensure smooth lead handover to sales consultants
• Support marketing campaigns and networking events

Compensation

Requirements

✔ Minimum 6 months UAE real estate / telesales / call center experience (preferred)
✔ Excellent communication & listening skills
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
✔ Target-driven, confident & disciplined
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
✔ Valid UAE visa required
