The Partnership Specialist is responsible for establishing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships that support Dubai South Business Hub’s mandate to attract, enable, and grow businesses within the ecosystem. The role focuses on building a structured partnership framework, managing partner engagement, and ensuring timely delivery of partnership outcomes aligned with DSBH’s strategic priorities.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership Strategy & Alignment
· Identify and recommend priority industry verticals aligned with DSBH objectives.
· Develop and maintain a structured list of target partners per approved vertical.
· Secure leadership alignment prior to partner outreach.
· Ensure partnerships align with DSBH’s long-term ecosystem goals.
Partnership Development & Outreach
· Conduct structured outreach to approved partners.
· Manage partnerships from initial engagement through MoU execution.
· Maintain a consistent pipeline of partnership opportunities.
· Ensure a steady monthly flow of partner engagements.
Partnership Tracker & Data Management
· Develop and maintain a centralized partnership tracker capturing:
o Industry vertical
o Partner organization name
o Key stakeholder contact details
o Partnership stage/status
o Notes and follow-ups
· Update tracker weekly.
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Coordinate with Marketing and Legal teams for MoU preparation and approvals.
· Facilitate digital signing processes.
· Ensure compliance with governance and branding guidelines.
· Handover partner details to Marketing post-MoU.
Reporting & Governance
· Prepare weekly progress updates.
· Prepare monthly partnership reports.
· Highlight signed partnerships, pipeline status, and challenges.
· Ensure timely reporting to senior management.
Partnership Activation Support
· Support marketing activations including social media, website updates, email campaigns, and blogs.
· Support MoU signing ceremonies and related communications.

· Strong organizational and reporting skills.
· Ability to operate within a governance-driven environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
· Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), CRM tools, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
· Understanding of basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
