Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and commercially sharp Partnerships Executive to help identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, corporates, banks, fintechs, and digital platforms.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, deal coordination, and working cross-functionally with product, tech, finance, and operations teams.



Key Responsibilities



Partnership Development


  • Identify and source new partnership opportunities across travel, fintech, banking, and corporate sectors
  • Support negotiations, commercial discussions, and partnership onboarding
  • Assist in structuring partnership proposals, decks, and commercial models



Relationship Management


  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing partners
  • Ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal teams
  • Track partner performance, deliverables, and commercial terms



Market & Opportunity Research


  • Research new markets, suppliers, and distribution partners
  • Benchmark deals, commissions, and commercial structures
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing, content, and value proposition



Internal Coordination


  • Work closely with product, tech, legal, finance, and operations teams
  • Support integration timelines and partner go-lives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records



Requirements



Must-Have


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with numbers, proposals, and basic commercial terms



Nice-to-Have


  • Experience in travel, airlines, OTAs, fintech, or payments
  • Exposure to B2B partnerships or enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, or PowerPoint
