Who are we looking for?
Our client a Global Payments Firm is carrying out a project with a leading bank in Egypt. To support with thus, our clients are looking to onboard a
Partnership Manager
to join their team. The selected individual would be required to identifiy, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with retailers to drive revenue, expand market reach, and expand the proposition of card products.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and structure new strategic partnerships aligned with Client’s business objectives.

Build and maintain a partnership pipeline, including merchants, payment aggregators, and ecosystem partners.

Analyse market trends, seasonality, and customer behaviour to align partnerships with the right offers at the right time.

Own partnerships end to end, from identification and onboarding to execution, optimization, and performance tracking.

Support commercial discussions and negotiations with partners in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned partners.

Drive spend uplift and customer activation through structured partnership campaigns.

Collaborate with digital marketing and internal business teams to support awareness, execution, and performance measurement.

Ensure partnerships contribute to Bank's core KPIs related to engagement and revenue growth.

Design and implement clear frameworks, governance, and processes for partnership management.

Document best practices and enable knowledge transfer

Continuously assess and enhance existing partnership processes and execution models.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).

10+ years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, ecosystem development, or business consulting, preferably within banking, payments, fintech, or retail ecosystems.

Deep understanding of partnership ecosystems within financial services or adjacent industries

Experience working with merchants, aggregators, and cross-functional internal teams

Strong ability to define strategy, frameworks, and execution roadmaps
