As we continue to expand across Dubai’s residential communities, we are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Partnerships Manager – Offline to lead our building onboarding, activation, and ongoing partner engagement.

Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager – Offline will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with residential buildings and property managers across Dubai. This role involves executing offline activation strategies, ensuring building-level visibility, driving conversion metrics, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be the face of Rentify within residential communities, ensuring consistent engagement and high adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Building Onboarding

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure availability of accurate and compelling marketing materials for building outreach.
• Execute building onboarding plans across targeted communities.
• Coordinate and carry out offline activation events, campaigns, and awareness activities within buildings.
• Meet and engage with property managers, building supervisors, and community stakeholders to onboard buildings into the Rentify platform.
• Educate partners on Rentify’s value proposition, tenant journey, and onboarding processes.

2. Building Monitoring & Relationship Management

• Own and track key metrics across onboarded buildings, including activation rates, tenant conversions, and engagement benchmarks.
• Maintain continuous on-ground presence to refresh and optimize marketing visibility in buildings.
• Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with property managers to ensure sustained adoption.
• Act as the primary point of contact for property managers, addressing concerns, collecting insights, and resolving on-ground challenges.
• Gather and relay real-time feedback from property managers to marketing, product, and operations teams to drive improvements.
• Develop, manage, and execute a regular meeting cadence with property managers to strengthen engagement and business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, field sales, or real estate operations.
• Strong network across Dubai’s real estate or property management ecosystem is a plus.
• Proven experience managing on-ground activations or field-based commercial activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog is an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
