JOB DESCRIPTION

The postholder is responsible for providing support to the Partnerships team in the smooth running of the College’s partnership function, focusing largely on providing administration support to the team.

Key responsibilities:
  • The postholder will have the ability to actively work with colleagues from a number of departments for the purpose of supporting partnership operations at Regent College London.
  • Track and manage the staff approvals process according to partner requirements
  • Be responsible for the management (record keeping and version control) of documentation relating to partnership activities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the College regulations, particularly those relating to partnership arrangements.
  • Coordinate the operational process of regular student surveys (e.g. Module Evaluations).
  • Maintain a repository of approved partner programmes and modules and ensure this is continually up to date.
  • Provide curriculum details to the relevant teams prior to the start of each student intake.
  • Support the Head of Partnerships with annual review of documentations as needed.
  • Assist the Head of Partnerships with preparing programme validation documents, organizing validation events, and updating programme specifications on the partners' database.
  • Gather data on courses scheduled for each intake before it begins and request partners to create and share the Course Brief Outlines (CBOs) and update curriculum spreadsheets and associated documents accordingly.
  • Prepare and draft term dates for all intakes to be published on RCL website. Make ad-hoc changes and updates where necessary.
  • Keep the Academic Calendars current with the latest information on courses, modules, board dates, and other relevant details for each intake and sharing the updated Calendars with Partner teams.
  • Efficiently respond to internal and external queries related to partnership operations.
  • Support the Academic Registrar and Head of Partnerships in drafting interim partnership reports as needed.
  • To represent the Partnerships Team and, where required, provide administrative support for designated committees, working groups or meetings, taking responsibility for preparing agendas and the production of draft minutes/notes, and ensuring follow up actions and further reporting.
  • Undertake other such duties that may be required from time to time as instructed by the Academic Registrar and Head of partnerships EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • Self-motivated team player who is confident and flexible with the demonstrative ability to establish a strong rapport with colleagues.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Essential:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experienced in using IT software i.e., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, databases
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to use and present numerical information clearly and accurately
  • EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Essential:
    • An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification or work experience
