Parts and Inventory Specialist

About the Role:

As our Parts and Inventory Specialist, you’ll help ensure the right parts are in the right hands at the right time. You’ll work closely with service technicians, vendors, and customers to order, track, and organize marine parts and supplies. From scheduled service jobs to last-minute fixes, your work will be key to getting boats back on the water fast.

No marine experience? No problem — if you’ve worked with tools, managed inventory, or have experience in a parts or service environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Order, receive, and organize marine parts and supplies
• Support service techs by providing parts for both scheduled and unscheduled jobs
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular cycle counts
• Communicate with vendors about orders, shipping times, and backorders
• Help walk-in customers find and order the parts they need
• Keep the parts room neat, labeled, and well-stocked
• Assist with special orders, returns, and warranty claims
• Work closely with the service and sales teams to make sure every job stays on track

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in parts, inventory, service, or warehouse roles (marine experience is a plus, not a must)
• Familiarity with parts lookup systems, service manuals, or inventory software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn marine-specific products and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment
• A dependable, team-focused attitude with a customer service mindset

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
