Parts and Service Assistant

Got a knack for knowing how to find exactly what part you need to make your pickup or motorcycle run right? Do you like helping people? Put that mechanical instinct to work as our Entry-Level Parts and Service Assistant! You'll dive into the world of commercial pressure washer components - helping commercial and industrial customers get the right parts and accessories fast, while supporting our service team with parts pulls, basic prep and hands-on learning. No pressure washer experiance needed - just bring your love for fixing things!

This role is your perfect launchpad; Build skills and real shop experiance that fast-tracks you to future growth in customer service, sales or a full Service Technician - diagnosing, rebuilding and keeping these powerful machines blasting at peak performance.

This is a full-time, year-round position

• Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM
• Closed on weekends

What you will do - Perform a variety of tasks to assist with smooth branch operation. Your primary objective will be to assist the parts and service department meet the needs of customers. This is not a desk job. You will be active throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers. Answer incoming calls in a professional and enthusiastic way.
• Use printed and digital catalogs and diagrams to research and identify products or parts needed to fulfill customer requests.
• Prepare customer quotes, estimates, rental agreements and service requests
• Assist with Shipping and Receiving inventory. Confirm accuracy using packing slips and related shipping documents.
• Prep facility for start & close of business.
• Load and unload customer equipment, rental equipment and deliveries.
• Work with customers in person, via phone and email.
• Wash and inspect rental equipment when returned.
• Instruct customers on proper use of purchased and rental equipment
• Un-crate, assemble and test equipment sold by company
• Assist service technicians, when needed.
• Product deliveries using company vehicles.

Qualifications and skills we look for:

• Professional appearance
• Mechanical aptitude
• Effective communication, verbally and in writing
• Ability to operate a warehouse forklift and complete forklift training
• Local valid driver’s license. Clean driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations in the past five (5) years.
• Willingness to invest the time to learn the job and take on additional responsibilities
• No impaired driving convictions within the past five (5) years and no charges currently pending.
• Pass background check and drug screening

While performing the duties of this job the employee may:

• Occasionally lift 75 lbs.
• Frequently lift 50lbs.
• Intermittently and repeatedly stoop, kneel, bend, twist, crawl, climb perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations.
• Occasionally climb ladders and operate a forklift.
