Parts and Warranty Coordinator

The Parts and Warranty Coordinator contributes to customer satisfaction, profitability, department processes, and vendor relations. This is a high-volume, customer focused role that requires frequent communication with customers, internal teams, and vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

· Respond to incoming requests through multiple channels

· Coordinate customer repairs and provide regular updates for the life of the repair

· Follow-up with customers and relevant team members after completion to ensure closure of any outstanding issues

· Work with internal teams and vendor to collect data and resolve issues

· Process warranty claims within limits

· Order, receive, and shipment of parts; following up as required to meet timelines

Qualifications

· 1-2 years in high-volume customer service or retail sales environment

· Excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills

· Experience managing multiple accounts in varying phases of completion

· Excellent phone etiquette

· Strong data entry and PC skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Point of Sale system

· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; excellent phone etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
