Position Overview

This is not a “sweep the floor” job. This is an entry point into a high-performance fabrication and install operation.

Core Responsibilities

• Clean, prep, and organize parts for fabrication and installs
• Degrease, wash, and stage components to meet WTD quality standards
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and workflow efficiency
• Assist technicians with basic install and fabrication support tasks
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory
• Prep kits and parts for upcoming jobs (accuracy matters—no excuses)
• Support team with whatever is needed to keep jobs moving on schedule

Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

• Show up early, ready to work—every day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
• Move with urgency—this is a production environment
• Zero tolerance for sloppy work or missed details
• Be coachable and willing to learn fast
• Contribute to team efficiency—not slow it down

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic—this is physical, hands-on work
• Attention to detail (if you miss things, this isn’t for you)
• Positive attitude with a “figure it out” mindset
• Ability to follow systems and processes
• Mechanical interest or experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet most of the day
