Parts Clerk

Pay Range: $20–$25/hourly + Bonus
Location: Tooele, Utah

Why This Role Matters

This isn’t just a warehouse job. You are the heartbeat of operations by ensuring that critical parts get where they need to go so machines stay running on mountains across North America. When a snowcat is down, ski resorts feel it. Your work helps keep them moving.

What You’ll Do

• Process customer orders (phone, email, and walk-in/will call)
• Receive and inspect inbound freight shipments
• Pick, pack, and ship internal and external orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
• Manage and update parts data in SAP
• Support service technicians by dispensing parts
• Help maintain the computerized parts catalog and inventory levels

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong communication (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and organization
• Basic mechanical understanding (heavy equipment knowledge is a plus)
• Comfort working with systems and data (SAP experience preferred)
• Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy
• Valid driver’s license required
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years in a parts, warehouse, dealership, or service environment (preferred)

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day in a warehouse facility
• Climate-controlled (heating & air conditioning)
• Clean, organized, and professionally run warehouse

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Weekend work may be required based on business needs.
