Parts Counter Associate / Inside Sales

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate / Inside Sales team member to join our growing team. This role is customer-facing and sales-focused, while also playing a critical part in our daily shipping and order fulfillment operations.

The ideal candidate will assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries, identify replacement components, and support inside sales efforts. In addition, this position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping outbound orders, as well as receiving incoming inventory.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and learning the technical side of spraying equipment and parts—all while being hands-on in daily operations.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full Time, 9AM – 5 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Starting Pay: $20–$28 per hour

Key ResponsibilitiesParts Counter / Inside Sales

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries and orders
• Identify and supply replacement parts for equipment we manufacture
• Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Build familiarity with our product line and parts systems

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and ship outbound web, phone, and counter orders
• Verify order accuracy prior to shipment
• Prepare shipping labels and required documentation
• Maintain organized shipping areas and supplies

Receiving

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Check in products and update inventory records
• Organize and store incoming inventory in proper locations
• Communicate discrepancies with vendors or internal staff

Inventory & Organization

• Assist with stocking and organizing parts and materials
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts and warehouse area

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, keyboarding)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment parts

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required)

• Familiarity with ShipStation
• Familiarity with Shopify
• Experience selling on Amazon
• Previous shipping or order fulfillment experience
