Parts Counter / Customer Service Rep

Come join our team as a Parts Counter / Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Baltimore warehouse and earn a portion of your sales in commissions in addition to your normal pay. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Answer 50-100 inbound calls per day from customers looking for price, availability and delivery information on automotive parts.
• Provide friendly customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner to customers.
• Find out what the customer needs and recommend specific products and solutions.
• Accurately process customer orders.
• Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Problem solve and assist customers in facilitating deliveries and minimize freight costs.
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with all teams members.
• Overtime may be available

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent telephone and listening skills
• Previous sales/call center experience preferred
• Multi-tasking, resolving conflict, and stress tolerance
• Ability to achieve goals on a daily basis
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
• Great work ethic and self-motivated
• Willingness to work in casual warehouse environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
