About the Role

Mason Lawn and Snow is looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to be the front line of our parts and service counter. This role is essential in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting customers both in person and on the phone, helping coordinate service work, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts and service inquiries
• Be the first point of contact for walk in customers and address their needs
• Look up and sell parts, accessories, and maintenance items for multiple major brands of commercial lawncare and snow removal equipment
• Create work orders and customer records
• Provide updates to customers on repair status and timelines
• Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Order and track parts as needed
• Maintain organized records and filing systems
• Assist with general office duties and daily operations
• Support team communication between customers, technicians, and management

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with follow up a must
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy seasons
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork
• Experience in a service-based or equipment-related business is a plus
• Willingness to continually gain product knowledge
