We are a well-established, independent diesel repair facility specializing in mid- to heavy-duty truck and trailer service. Our shop is fast-paced, team-oriented, and committed to keeping our customers on the road with quality parts and reliable service.

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to keeping our technicians productive and our customers satisfied by ensuring accurate, timely sourcing and distribution of parts.

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

* Assist technicians and customers at the parts counter

* Source, order, and receive truck and trailer parts

* Maintain accurate inventory levels and records

* Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and best pricing

* Process purchase orders, invoices, and returns

* Keep parts room clean, organized, and efficient

* Identify parts using VIN, diagrams, and manufacturer systems

* Support shop workflow by prioritizing urgent parts needs

Qualifications

* Experience in diesel, automotive, or heavy-duty truck parts preferred

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Basic computer proficiency (inventory and parts lookup systems)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Mechanical knowledge is a strong plus
