Parts Data Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Data Analyst to lead critical data cleanup and standardization efforts. This role is responsible for auditing and updating our system to ensure all part numbers, descriptions, and pricing are accurate, consistent, and optimized for online sales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and takes pride in maintaining clean, reliable data.

Key Responsibilities:

· Database Standardization: Audit part data in ERP system for accuracy, including but not limited to: Descriptions, weights, photography, pricing, specifications, unit of measurement, etc.

Preferred Skills:

· ERP Experience: Proficiency in Sage 100 (MAS 90) terminology.

· Data Entry Excellence: High level of data entry accuracy & speed.

· Microsoft Suite: Familiarity with programs such as Excel & Word.

· Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with basic photography and file management.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify data discrepancies and coordinate with appropriate channels.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for collaborating across departments.

· Blueprint & Manufacturing Experience: Ability to read and understand basic drawings and manufacturing bulletins.

· Marketing Experience: Knowledge of marketing materials such as but not limited to: Brochures, Manuals, Catalogs, Webstores.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with reasonable accommodation, while handling and documenting inventory. Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
