RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Parts department, including Warehouse Staff, Parts Drivers and Parts Pullers
• Schedule and assign work to service personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks and customer service issues.
• Monitor Parts department performance, including revenue, labor hours, customer satisfaction, and repair quality.

Manage escalated customer complaints, resolving issues professionally to maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with service, sales, and finance departments to coordinate repairs, orders, and warranty claims.
• Manage Parts department budgets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor parts staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as all safety policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Clean driving record and valid Texas DL
