What You'll Do

Deliver automotive parts to wholesale customers promptly and courteously.
Verify delivery orders for accuracy and ensure all items are properly accounted for.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers, representing Bergstrom Automotive positively.
Safely operate and maintain company delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Assist with loading and unloading parts from the delivery vehicle.
Collect payments or required documentation from customers as needed.
Communicate effectively with the parts department and customers regarding delivery schedules or delays.
Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs or issues promptly.
Assist with parts inventory management, stocking, and organization when not making deliveries.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm (hours may be longer on days with inclement weather)

Pay: $17.00-20.00/hour based on experience.

What We're Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
State required DOT physical (due to crossing state lines)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and move automotive parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to adhere to delivery schedules.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with automotive parts or dealership operations is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable operating a wide range of vehicles, from compact electric vehicles (EVs) to larger models such as Ford Transit vans. (18ft box truck)
Proficient in basic smartphone operations to efficiently utilize Bergstrom's logistics software and applications for dispatch, tracking, and communication tasks.
