Position Overview:

As a Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have access to the parts they need for their semi-trailers. You will be responsible for inventory management, customer service, and assisting with the sales of parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of parts and accessories
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting parts
• Process orders and handle customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of parts sales and inventory levels
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Keep the parts department organized and clean

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a parts department or automotive environment preferred
• Knowledge of semi-trailer components and parts is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software
