Parts Purchasing Coordinator

Wellcare Pal is looking for a Parts Purchasing Coordinator to assist in overseeing day-to-day operations for a motorcoach transportation company and ensuring a smooth workflow between all departments. You will be working on our yard lot with buses as well as in-office. as well as be active and on their feet.

Looking for someone who has knowledge about buses or trucks and are familiar with their parts systems.

Job time: Part-time/Full-time positions are available, hours can be flexible/negotiable during interview process

Compensation: Range from $2,000-$4,000 based on schedule & experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Work closely with team in assisting to regulate and execute overall safety operations
• Performing daily safety quality assurance inspections
• Assisting safety team in ensuring operations are adhering to DOT/CHP regulations
• Ensuring site is clean and well-maintained
• Source, order, and track bus and fleet parts from approved vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical parts.
• Verify pricing, process purchase orders, and reconcile invoices.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Coordinate with mechanics and maintenance staff to identify needed parts.
• Support dispatch operations by scheduling and assigning buses as needed.
• Communicate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure smooth fleet operations.
• Keep accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and fleet service requests.
• Assisting the team in ad hoc operational tasks

*This position has an opportunity for salary increase after a 90-day probation period based on employee performance.

• Previous experience within the motorcoach/transportation industry is a plus
