Parts Research & Warehouse Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Vendor and Carrier Claims- Research & Development for Parts quality and information for SVC - W/H and Logistics Management and Data Analysis
• Monitor and assess warehouse operation and related goals and targets for efficiency, KPI performance and implement strategy for logistics when necessary
• Research & Develop business strategies to meet supply chain improvements
• Analyze and provide pending order status and fulfillment reports for customer accounts
• Lead Distributor and OEM Account Order allocations for parts Goods Issue maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Process Sales/Order fulfilment report to share with internal stakeholders, external partners (DISTY, OEM, ASC/BE)
• Support for all External customers and OEM customers (TRANE, Riverpark, SSD, Medison)

New role will require additional R&R added to current position including :

• Monitor and parts quality within the warehouse, including wrong parts, Damaged/defect parts
• Research & Develop business strategies to increase logistics and warehousing performance
• Analyze and provide pending order status and fulfillment reports for customer accounts
• Create Sales/Order fulfilment report to share with external partners (DISTY, OEM, ASC/BE)
• Support for all External customers and OEM customers (TRANE, Riverpark, SSD, Medison)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in risk-based, analytical or investigative functions and drive necessary changes
• Bachelor's degree with focus on Business Administration or Finance or related areas, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of in-depth experience with consumer electronic parts and Logistic operation
• Proven experience in SAP System
• Strong MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience
• Good numerical and deep-dive data analytical skills with Excel

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
