Duties

• Safely load, unload, and transport parts using a box truck or similar vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Route driving to deliver parts promptly across designated locations, maintaining accurate delivery logs.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory with forklifts or pallet jacks, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and team members during deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling of parts to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements for accountability.
• Support the warehouse team with manual tasks like organizing stock and preparing orders for dispatch.

Experience

• Prior experience in delivery driving or courier services is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience involving loading/unloading or inventory management is a plus.
• Valid Drivers license; experience with box trucks or heavy vehicles is beneficial.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly; comfort working in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with clear communication and professional demeanor during interactions on the road and at delivery sites.
