Parts / Service Administrator

PARTS /SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

A major material handling and industrial equipment distributor, is seeking a detail-oriented & organized Parts or Service Administrator to handle all facets of parts returns, manage vendor backorders, process vendor invoices and credits associated with our parts purchases and returns, and assist with customer requests. The perfect candidate will be a self-motivated problem-solver, able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task. Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel & general computer literacy. Candidate must be forward-thinking, able to see the next step and take it. This is an hourly paid position with excellent benefit Package.
