Parts / Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers professionally and identify needs -open repair orders and apply parts to tickets
- Source and procure parts and materials needed for automotive repairs and upfitting
- Manage inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts
- Collaborate with repair technicians to identify and order necessary parts
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and organize parts in designated storage areas
- Utilize forklift or other equipment to move and transport heavy or bulky items
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment -Good driving record required

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive , parts , trailer preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
- Familiarity Dealertrack or similar inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and source specific parts
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, tracking, and communication purposes

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
