Parts Specialist Apprentice Hourly

What You Will Do

Learn how to look up parts in the GM catalog, pull parts, bill out parts, deliver to technicians in the GM shop to maximize their efficiency

Learn how to assist our external customers in-person and on the phone

Pull parts orders for daily shipments, deliveries or pick-ups

Learn how to monitor parts inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation

Work with customers on special order parts

Occasionally pick up parts from other locations for our technician's shop

Fulltime Monday through Friday

Requirements

Prior automotive and/or parts experience preferred, but willing to train if you’re willing to learn!

Basic computer knowledge needed to use web-based sales tools, catalogs and shipping software

A valid driver’s license and good driving record

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally

Must be 18 years or older
