Description:

Sunshine Quality Solutions is looking for parts warehouse personnel. This individual is responsible for properly ordering, pulling, receiving, storing, and accounting for parts or merchandise. In addition, the parts warehouse personnel sets up responsibilities on certain models of vendor equipment and handhelds.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the parts and service departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Efficiently process parts shipments, including customer orders, stock orders, machine down, and surplus returns.
• Post freight to work orders or counter tickets for parts orders and transfers.
• Pull parts for technician service jobs and ensure timely delivery of correct parts.
• Perform cycle counting and verify inventory, reporting discrepancies and damaged products.
• Communicate with customers for parts pick-up and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, showroom, and displays.
• Assemble serial number products sold by the parts department.
• Assist with merchandising and re-stocking showroom inventory.
• Unload freight trucks and assist with PDI of lawn equipment models.
• Follow safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience with basic computer functions
• Works cooperatively in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of John Deere parts and competitive products

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the day.
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver heavy items as needed.
• Capability to work in a warehouse environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures.
