We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Part‑Time Chef to join our nightclub team. Our kitchen operates Thursday through Sunday, with late‑night hours as the club closes at 4:00 AM.

Position Details:

• Part‑time role: approximately 2 nights per week
• Support our current chef with workflow and food preparation
• Serve as backup when the head chef is off, sick, or unavailable
• Must be comfortable working late-night shifts
• Ability to learn and execute our existing menu is essential

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in fast‑paced kitchen environments
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Flexible schedule on nights we are open
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
