Job Title: Kids' Birthday Party Host
Job Type: Part-Time (Weekends & Holidays)
Location: Lefrak Center at Lakeside
Compensation: $17-$20 Hour

About the Role:

Are you energetic, creative, and love working with kids? We're looking for a fun, organized, and enthusiastic Birthday Party Coordinator & Host to help create unforgettable celebrations! As the face of our party experiences, you’ll lead themed activities, coordinate party logistics, and ensure every guest—especially the birthday child—has a blast!

This is a part-time position ideal for someone with a flexible schedule on weekends and holidays, when most parties take place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet families and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
• Set up and decorate party rooms according to themes and preferences
• Lead party activities, games, and entertainment in an engaging, kid-friendly manner
• Coordinate timing for food, cake, and presents with parents and vendors
• Maintain a fun, safe, and organized party environment
• Communicate with parents before and during events to ensure satisfaction
• Clean up and reset the space after parties
• Handle unexpected issues with professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Prior experience working with children (babysitting, teaching, camps, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to lead a group with confidence
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (decorations, supplies, etc.)
